I was born in Sweden in 1967 and raised in small townships surrounded by beech and pine forests, lakes, fields and all their accompanying wildlife. My interest in nature was fostered early and has stayed with me throughout my life.

In my early 20´s I pursued a career as a pilot, living and working in such diverse places as Hawaii, Papua New Guinea and Australia. My home is now in Tasmania, Australia - a wonderful place, rich in natural beauty. I am now only working casually as a pilot and enjoying devoting the majority of my time to photography.

I have used a variety of different cameras over the years but it was not until I got my first digital SLR camera that my real passion for photography took off, with nature featuring predominantly as subject matter.

The Panoramic and Vertical images are created by stitching together multiple images into one large image. This is done in professional software and creates a very large high quality image file that will maintain detail even if printed large.

Nature is a tremendous display of God's artwork, full of beauty and design. With my photography I am capturing mere reflections of that display.
